The Role
We are looking for a technically sharp, customer-facing Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of sales and product — you are the bridge between a prospect's business challenges and our company's technical capabilities.
You'll work closely with our Partner Success Specialists and Core AEs to deliver compelling demonstrations, lead discovery sessions, and help prospects understand exactly how we solve their data quality problems. This is a high-impact, multi-industry role where no two deals look the same.
What You'll Do

Discovery & Demonstrations Lead discovery conversations using a structured approach while reading the room and adjusting in real time based on the prospect's responses and energy. Deliver product demonstrations primarily through slide-driven presentations tailored to SMB audiences, with the ability to shift into a live demo environment when deal size or complexity calls for it.

Sales Team Enablement Partner closely with Partner Success Specialists to prepare for customer calls — arriving with full context, clear objectives, and a sharp point of view. Provide technical input during sales pitches and respond to detailed customer inquiries around data processing, API capabilities, security, and compliance. Own a clean handoff to the Customer Success team at close — capturing key context, customer priorities, and any commitments made during the sales cycle so the CSM team can hit the ground running.

Content & Communication Create customer-facing product videos and presentation materials that make complex concepts accessible. Handle objections with confidence and help navigate complex sales cycles through to close.
What We're Looking For

5+ years in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consultant role within a B2B SaaS or technology environment — ideally with Salesforce CRM or a third-party Salesforce add-on, with experience selling to SMB customers. Background as a Salesforce Admin or Systems Integrator is a strong plus.

Strong Salesforce knowledge, with hands-on experience navigating the platform as an admin, integrator, or power user. Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Adaptable communicator who can follow a structured discovery framework while staying attuned to the room — knowing when to go off-script, slow down, or pivot based on prospect cues.

Comfortable with a range of demo formats — confident leading slide-driven presentations for SMB audiences and able to step into a live product demo when the situation calls for it.

Strong memory and attention to detail — you retain what matters from customer conversations and translate it into crisp, actionable notes that set the CSM team up for a successful start.

Proactive and accountable — you don't wait to be asked twice. You take ownership of what's in front of you, follow through without being chased, and treat every open item as your responsibility until it's resolved.
